Our services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of England and Wales.

Our services are subject to various financial regulations and compliance requirements. We are licensed and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK and comply with applicable laws in all jurisdictions where we operate.
