These General Account Terms and Conditions apply to users who create or access a SCEPTOR account, wallet experience, remittance profile, KYC profile, or related digital service.

1. About SCEPTOR

SCEPTOR Global is a world-class fintech company building intelligent infrastructure for identity verification, digital wallets, and cross-border money movement.

SCEPTOR provides fintech technology products and may work with regulated banks, payment institutions, electronic money institutions, KYC providers, remittance partners, or other authorised service providers where required.

2. Eligibility

To use SCEPTOR services, you must:

  • Be legally able to enter into an agreement
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Complete required verification checks
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Meet any jurisdiction, product, or partner eligibility requirements

3. Account Registration

You may be required to provide information such as:

  • Full name, date of birth, residential address
  • Phone number and email address
  • Identity document and proof of address
  • Nationality or country of residence
  • Source of funds and recipient information
  • Other information required for KYC, AML, or partner requirements

4. Verification

SCEPTOR may require KYC, KYB, AML, sanctions screening, fraud checks, enhanced due diligence, or ongoing monitoring before or after access is granted.

We may refuse, suspend, restrict, or close an account where verification is incomplete, inaccurate, suspicious, legally restricted, or required by a regulated partner.

5. Wallet and Remittance Services

Wallet and remittance features may be subject to product availability, jurisdiction, partner approval, regulatory requirements, transaction limits, and successful verification.

Fees, exchange rates, delivery times, funding methods, payout methods, and transaction limits may vary.
